Information Regarding Custom Requests:
For Necklaces, determine the length you want:
Choker (16 inches)
Princess (18-20 inches)
Matinee
(23-27 inches)
Opera (35-37 inches)
Bracelets and Watches ~ To determine bracelet size, measure the wrist with a flexible tape measure just below the wrist
bone, where you would place you wrist watch. Measure Snug. Now add 1.25". This is
approximate sizing and not a guarantee of perfect sizing. Due to bead size variations I have a 1/8" tolerance in
sizing. If the bracelet is a gift for an adult and you don't know the exact wrist size, consider 7" as petite,
7.25" as small, 7.50" as medium, 7.75" as large, and 8" as extra large.
Anklets start at 10 inches but it's best to do your own measuring.
Earrings: consider post, french wire, lever back, ear wire or hoops.

The client requested a three piece set using turquoise, onyx and silver.
She asked for the necklace to be multi-strand with a focal bead, and the earrings and bracelet to coordinate.
We talked about types of turquoise, measurements, and overall design concept.
From that conversation I sourced materials for the pieces. From my travels to Oregon, Nevada, Texas and right here at
home in California I found the elements to design these truly unique pieces. The photograph on the left was sent
to the client for her to select one of the two focal pendants and approve the clasps and coloration of the turquoise.
The focal pendant selected by the client was made with turquoise
from the Morenci copper mine in Arizona that has been long since closed. The turquoise surrounding the center stone
is from a ring from the 1960's. The pendant is set in Sterling Silver. Morenci turquoise is highly sought
after for its fool's gold matrix. This piece has an excellent representation of that matrix. Morenci was a
large open-pit copper mine and most of the turquoise from that pit was smuggled out in lunch pales by heavy equipment operators
and miners.
The quality of the turquoise, onyx and sterling silver
are outstanding. What puts this over the top is the wonderful focal pendant so rich in American History.
